1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
   We are a very small team that is working hard to make sure your order arrives promptly. Shipping times do vary depending on the current order queue, but the average ship time for in-stock orders is 2-3 business days after the order is placed, not including orders that include pre-orders.

2. Do you take PayPal?
   We do not take PayPal.

3. Is (insert limited item here) still in stock? If not, can you make an extra one for me?
   If an item is out of stock in the webstore, it means there are no more copies left. Once a limited run is gone, it is gone for good!

4. Can you hold (insert limited item here) for me?
   To make it fair for everyone, we do not hold items! Limited editions are on a first-come-first-serve basis.

5. Will you release my film?
   We aren’t actively looking for modern productions, but it never hurts to send them in!

6. Do you ship internationally?
   Yes, we do!

7. Can I cancel my pre-order?
   We do not allow cancellations on pre-orders. Please be sure of your purchase before committing to a pre-order.

8. What is your return policy?
   We do not offer returns. However, we are happy to provide exchanges for defective merchandise. Please contact us if you have received a defective item, and we’ll assist you with the exchange process.
